I had a fantastic stay at Fav! The moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to help with my luggage, especially since it was raining. The front desk was friendly and fluent in English, assisting me with dinner reservations and local travel options. My room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean with a lovely ocean view, making it a perfect escape for my anniversary.
N/A, everything was wonderful! 😊.

Clean venue and pretty friendly employees. Cosy room, modern with beautiful bathrooms. Exceptionally nice and ideal position close to tram line, in the comfortable area...

The room was well-designed with modern decor and kitchenette plus the4 beds, and all other comforts. Perfectly comfortable and perfect location nearby a train station, that was handy. A shopping centre and a market were right next door.
The staff were not so helpful, didn't expect that coming.

The whole room service situation was just a mess. I had to haul my dirty towels to the front desk every day, and the bins overflowed with trash. It felt like no one cared about cleanliness or guest comfort at all.

I loved how modern and clean my room was! The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious for a Japanese hotel. Plus, the location is unbeatable-right across from the morning market and just a short walk to the JR station. I really enjoyed having a kitchenette in my room; cooking a few simple meals made it feel more homey.
The lack of service was a bummer. I felt like I was staying in a hostel rather than a hotel, especially with no room cleaning during my stay. the separate toilet didn’t have a sink, which was pretty inconvenient. To top it off, the laundry dryer barely worked, leaving us to air-dry our clothes. it had potential but missed the mark on some basics.

I loved its the best and strategic location!
It was a pleasant stay on a vacation. Location: the hotel was near to the train station, morning market and the red brick warehouse and convenience stores. I visited Yoshioka Shokudo, based close to the venue, had dinner there.

I had a wonderful stay at Fav, where the location couldn't be better—right across from the morning market and close to the station. The room was spacious, with an efficient layout that included two twin/queen beds and two singles, making it perfect for my family. Everything was spotless, and the modern design, including a surprisingly large bathroom, added to the comfort. The staff was friendly and helpful, always greeting us warmly and providing great recommendations for dining and transportation.
Nothing significant 😕; just minor room insulation issues.

The kitchenette was brand new, and the bathroom was well-maintained, providing great water pressure. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the station and various dining options, making my trip stress-free.
No complaints! 😊.

I had an amazing romantic escape here! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to both the JR Station and the morning market, which made exploring a breeze. Our room was sleek and clean, complete with a mini kitchen and a gorgeous ocean view. The comfy bed and great shower definitely set the mood for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing!
The check-in process was a bit confusing at first, especially with multiple groups ahead of us. Plus, there wasn’t cleaning service for our stay, which was slightly inconvenient. these were minor bumps in an otherwise fantastic experience!

The hotel impressed me with its modern design and cleanliness. The room comfort exceeded my expectations, especially with the nice size and great water pressure in the shower. Location stood out as well, just a short walk to the JR station and Hakodate morning market. I appreciated the warmth and helpfulness from the front desk staff, who even assisted with luggage in the rain. The check-in process felt automated and less personal. The bathroom cleanliness could use more attention, as I noticed some areas that needed deeper sanitization. Finally, more dining options nearby in the evening would enhance the experience .
